Master leader’s definition: the profound awareness to make choices and decisions in the now, while simultaneously learning from previous experience. Understanding the law of cause and effect.

Master leaders are wise thinkers. Wisdom comes from experience, from being able to distinguish between what works and what doesn’t work and apply the lessons learned from both without attaching judgment to either. A wise leader knows how to be neutral to what goes on around him or her and objectively see the value in what’s taking place no matter how it appears. True leaders learn from mistakes as well as successes, knowing both are equally important in the process of discovery and growth.
