Today is day 11 of the 12 days of Christmas my gifts for you today is Character.

Leaders Have Incredible Strength Of Character

Master leader’s definition: the behavior, thoughts, and actions of the leader are predictably and unmistakably admired, respected, and revered.

Character is the undeniable way of being that causes people to follow and not know why, to look up to someone and want to emulate them for no specific reason.

Leaders have much character. When they walk into a room they somehow stand out without saying anything. They “show up” as significant because of how they carry themselves, yet they never need to draw attention to themselves. There are many “characteristics” that most people like to associate themselves with, ones that leaders don´t often think about being, they just are. Leaders are compassionate, sensitive, understanding, and forgiving. They are powerful, energetic, courageous, and joyous. They are honest and authentic with themselves and others while being committed to the truth. They look for the positive in all situations without loosing their grasp on reality. Leaders have the ability to persevere, never selling out or giving up on their vision, commitment, or values, while always accepting with humility the difficulties that life offers up. There is and easy and peaceful way about them, a balance that is natural. Leaders redefine what it means to be alive. -Mastering Leadership by Michael Strasner”
