Master Leader’s definition: to inspire, evoke, and awaken the dormant vision in another, to light the spark.

This is not only an art form,but also the truest test of leadership.A leader knows that

he/she has mastered something when they are able to have someone else master it

as well.Leaders realize that there is no worthwhile goal that one person achieves by

themselves. Leadership implies teamwork. It involves building on the automatic

strength in numbers, and causing each individual to work together as one. Leaders

are natural team builders who maximize human potential. They recognize the

abilities that people don’t see in themselves and move them towards developing

those abilities through practice. Leaders develop winning teams. They understand

that teamwork is not simply about everyone “doing their part”. A team is not an

assembly line that stops when one piece breaks down, but rather an organized

structure of individuals who are each working in harmony towards a common goal.

Leaders understand that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts,but that each

part is a necessary component towards success. They lead by example and in doing
