Master Leader’s definition: a challenging invitation, an opportunity to rise up and achieve in the face of doubt and uncertainty.

Obstacles are an inherent part of any significant achievement. The circumstances of

life are constantly changing, and new developments in people, places, and things can

cause difficulties to arise at any point in time. Leaders are not only aware of this, but

they also know how to anticipate the obstacles to which ordinary people make

themselves victims. This anticipation of the unknown makes it easier for leaders to

stay on task and reach their goals, but their uniqueness here goes much further.

Leaders persevere to find workable solutions in every situation, even when most

people would throw in the towel. They stay driven with unshakable clarity and focus

and are even grateful for the opportunity that naturally comes with any challenge.

Leaders are able to keep things in perspective. They realize that things are usually

never as bad as they may seem to be, and they can always find other problems in the

world that make theirs seem simple. They somehow see through the chaos that

exists around them without becoming chaotic, and they find a way to rise above the

unfamiliar hurdles of life on their path to achievement. information that is usable.
