Day Seven of the 12 Days of Christmas Responsibility

Day Seven of the 12 Days of Christmas Responsibility

Today is day seven of the 12 days of Christmas my gifts for you today is responsibility.

Leaders Are Responsible For It All!

From The Concept, Through the Implementation, To the Final Result.

To be responsible is to be the sole, uncontested author of one´s life, and leadership

is responsibility in action. Leaders do not expect someone or something else to cause

their vision to become reality. Leaders are responsible for it all, from the concept, to

the implementation, to the final result. The obstacles and pitfalls that occur along

the way are merely challenges that to leaders, make the ride all that more enjoyable

and valuable. Ordinary people become victims to the problems that arise on their

journey towards a goal, and the end result is usually failure. Being responsible is

being free, allowing leaders to invent and originate solutions to problems and new

visions for achievement. Responsibility is not a burden, duty, or obligation, but it is

instead an opportunity that includes a sense of ownership and power.

-Mastering Leadership by Michael Strasner”

Enjoy the ride, have fun

Till next time
