We are discussing how our community leaders can assist us with our preparedness. Our featured expert is Robert “Bobby” Green.

Bobby is the recently retired City Manager for the City of Auburndale, FL. A position he held since 1991. He has devoted his career to improving the quality of life for the citizens in the community.  He has been recognized for developing his assistant city managers to become managers and for mentoring others within his profession.

Green served as President of the Florida City/County Management Association. He was recognized as a finalist for the Route Fifty Navigator Awards in 2016 as one of the top ten leaders in state and local government throughout the United States for his efforts in fostering the next generation of local government managers.
