Place Holder for Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How much does it cost to put a food plan together?

A: That depends on how many people you are feeding and how long you plan to feed them. In 2018 I put together a complete three-day food plan for two people and a cat. The cost was $205.28 plus $21.67 for pet food. Go to the Resources Tab and download the Grocery List. That is the exact list I used. ***NOTE*** I do not have any of that food or supplies left, I still have a food pantry though. The food stores are rotated through the daily home menu and re-purchased to keep the Emergency Pantry full and fresh.

Q: How long will it take to put an Emergency Action Plan Together?

A: The Basic Plan outlined in the Family Urban Disaster Planning book will only take about a week (seven days) to put together. The basic plan only covers three primary items. Shelter – Water – Food.
