Anyone and everyone who will be impacted by your Emergency Action Plan must be involved in the creation of the plan.
This will relieve you of some pressure of building the plan and allow the participants the opportunity to see the creation of the plan instilling confidence in their plan.
Remember, you might not be there when the plan is activated. Others will need to know what to do.
