When local standard time is about to reach Sunday, March 14th, 2021, 2:00:00 am.
All clocks are turned forward 1 hour to Sunday, March 14th, 2021, 3:00:00 am local daylight time instead.
Lose an hour’s sleep?
Lose some time changing all the clocks and watches in the house. You do remember the settings on all of your digital devices? Right?
I will admit, I have a couple of devices that cause me some frustration.
Do not worry. There are some Politicians who want to make DST all year-long.
And if they get their way, we will not need to repeatedly change the time on all those clocks.

I am not sure what they are thinking. Sometimes you just need to wonder about the intelligence of our politicians.
Yes, I propose eliminating Daylight Savings Time and staying with Standard Time Year-Round.
Hmmm, I wonder how much time is collectively wasted spent changing the time on our devices twice a year.

Who am I to say? I’m not a doctor any more than our elected officials are.
A couple of things that you can do:
Replace the batteries in your smoke alarms.
Check your Food Pantry, disaster supplies, and Go-Kits. replace old, expired or broken, food, equipment, and clothing.
Not everybody needs to worry about springing forward though.
Those of you living Off-Grid in a Mountain Retreat using Sun Dials will still have the same time of day. Except of course when it is overcast. Then there will be no time. Hmmm, does that mean you will not age?
And for those Interstellar Explorers among us.
You are on ship time, right? Sunlight is irrelevant. It is always dark outside. Until you make planetfall. Are all Terrestrial planets on a 24-hour cycle? What if it is a 25 or 26-hour day, maybe 27. How about 19 hours. That will really mess with your circadian rhythm.
Till time falls back to normal we will have an extra hour of Daylight. Perfect for getting your Emergency Action Plan in order. Go ahead. You want to do it, I know you do.
