Professional Services Refund Policy:

Emergency Action Planning LLC provides customized consulting, assessments, written action plans, and digital deliverables.

For customized consulting services, including Business Continuity Action Plans, Family Emergency Action Plans, and related assessments, you may request a refund before submitting required assessments, intake forms, or supporting materials.

Approved refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal.

Once required materials have been submitted and professional analysis or plan development has begun, all sales are final and refunds are no longer available.

Digital products, downloadable materials, completed consulting deliverables, and live or recorded training programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
