You will be required to locate and collect three documents. I will not give them to you because;

  1. I have no idea where you live and these documents are specific to your County/Parish/Borough.
  2. If we live in the same county, you will not value these documents as much as you will when you track them down.

Learning Objective #6; Stress and the Benefits of Having a Plan

During this learning objective, we will review stress.

Yes you will be stressed out when you need to activate your Emergency Action Plan.

  • Stress is the body’s and mind’s process for dealing with uncertain change and danger.
